Your mind has patterns that sabotage you. Most people never see them.

There are voices in your head that generate stress, self-doubt, and frustration every time you face a challenge. They're automatic. They feel like you. But they're not. Positive Intelligence research calls them Saboteurs, and everyone has them.

Your Saboteurs are the reason you overthink a decision that should take five minutes. They're why you lie awake replaying a conversation. They're why you snap at someone and then spend an hour feeling guilty about it. They hijack your performance, your relationships, and your ability to be present.

The problem isn't willpower or discipline. The problem is that most people don't know which Saboteurs are running the show.

The Judge
"You should have handled that better."
The universal Saboteur. It beats you up over mistakes, fixates on what's wrong with others, and wakes you up at 3am with a list of everything you haven't done. Everyone has the Judge. It activates the others.
The Controller
"If I don't manage this, it'll fall apart."
An anxiety-driven need to take charge of situations and people. When you can't control things, the frustration and impatience spike. People around you feel it even when you don't say anything.
The Hyper-Achiever
"What's next? This isn't enough."
Dependent on constant performance for self-worth. The latest achievement is discounted almost immediately. There's always another target, another gap to close. Rest feels unearned.
The Hyper-Vigilant
"What could go wrong here?"
Continuous anxiety about dangers and risks. Your radar is always scanning. It's exhausting, and it makes it hard to enjoy anything because you're always bracing for the next problem.
The Pleaser
"I need to make sure everyone's okay."
Gains acceptance by helping, pleasing, and putting others first. It feels generous, but it builds resentment underneath. And it means your own needs go unmet until something breaks.
The Hyper-Rational
"Let's not get emotional about this."
An intense focus on rational processing of everything, including relationships. Useful in some contexts, but it can make you seem uncaring and cuts you off from the information that emotions carry.

The first step is finding out which Saboteurs are strongest in you. The Saboteur Assessment takes five minutes and shows you exactly what you're dealing with.

Mental fitness is trainable. This is how you train it.

The MindFit program is built on Positive Intelligence (PQ), a mental fitness framework developed by Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine. It synthesises research from neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, and performance science.

The program doesn't just give you insight. It builds lasting habits through daily practice. The increased activity in the positive region of the brain is visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks. This isn't theory. It's measurable neural change.

WEEK 1

Identify your Saboteurs

Take the Saboteur Assessment and discover the specific patterns driving your stress and reactivity. Most people have a primary Saboteur they've never named. Naming it is the first step to intercepting it.

WEEKS 2-5

Build the mental muscles

Daily app-guided PQ Reps (minutes, not hours) build new neural pathways. Weekly video sessions with Shirzad Chamine deepen the work. You're rewiring how you respond to pressure, not just understanding it.

WEEKS 6-7

Apply and sustain

Move from practice into application. Use your Sage powers for decision-making, relationships, and leadership. Build the daily habit that sustains the gains long after the program ends.

What you get in the MindFit program

01

Full PQ Program access

7 weeks of app-guided daily practice, weekly interactive video sessions, the Saboteur Assessment, and 12 months of continued app access after the program ends.

02

1:1 onboarding session

A personal session with Joey to walk through your Saboteur profile and set you up for the 7 weeks. You'll know exactly what patterns you're working with before you start.

03

Weekly group coaching

Small group check-ins each week to process what's coming up, ask questions, and stay accountable. Facilitated by Joey.

04

Accountability community

A private Telegram group for your cohort. Daily encouragement, shared experience, and the kind of peer support that makes the difference between trying and finishing.

6 weeks with the PQ program made my life a lot easier. I am at peace most of the time. I no longer wait to be perfect in order to love myself. Everything is better, at work, relationships and the ways I deal with problems or negotiate with people. I myself would not have found myself during my lost situation if I did not join the PQ program.
PQ Graduate, Phnom Penh
I found the course very useful and relevant to my professional and personal life. Many aspects of the course train you to better discover yourself and suggest effective, science-backed approaches to activate a part of your brain that maintains your positivity regardless of situations and challenges you are dealing with.
Sereyrith
Highly recommend the PQ course as it really teaches you to be more forgiving towards yourself. It also implements the good habit of PQ repping which helps to calm oneself in difficult situations and busy schedules.

Questions

How much time does this take each week?

About 2 hours per week. That includes a weekly video session (around 1 hour, watched at your own pace), daily app-guided exercises (2-3 minutes each), and the weekly group coaching call (30 minutes). The daily exercises are designed to fit into a busy schedule.

What is Positive Intelligence?

Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a mental fitness framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, a Stanford lecturer and New York Times bestselling author. It synthesises research from neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, and performance science. The program has been used by over a million participants worldwide, including CEOs, elite athletes, and teams at Fortune 100 companies.

Is this therapy?

No. This is training. You won't be processing past experiences or doing emotional excavation. You'll be identifying specific patterns that sabotage your performance and building the mental muscles to override them.

I've tried meditation apps and they didn't stick. How is this different?

The daily exercises are 2-3 minutes of focused attention, not 20 minutes of sitting still. The program is structured and progressive, with weekly content that builds on the previous week. Most people who've abandoned meditation apps find this more practical because it's shorter, more specific, and tied to measurable progress. You also have group coaching and accountability, which most apps don't provide.

Why is this only available to Cambodia residents?

The MindFit program includes group coaching elements designed for our Cambodia-based community. This introductory pricing is for the founding cohort as we establish the program locally.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you complete the full program and don't see a meaningful difference in how you manage stress and make decisions, you get a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. The guarantee requires that you complete all exercises, watch all videos, and attend all group calls. If you do the work and the results don't show up, you pay almost nothing.

When does the next cohort start?

The founding cohort start date will be confirmed once we have enough participants committed. Apply now to secure your spot and we'll be in touch with the exact dates.
